Brillfy Technology is an IT staffing and digital transformation firm based in Irving, TX. We work across 7 technical disciplines and 5 industries, and we sell to two audiences at once — the teams who need capacity, and the engineers deciding where to spend the next two years of their career.

Anyone can return ten CVs containing the right keywords. A shortlist should come with a reason for each name — what they have built, at what scale, and why we think it maps onto your problem. If we cannot write that sentence, the candidate does not go on the list.

When a job description will not name the stack, the scale or the team, it usually means nobody involved in writing it has done the work. We ask the specific questions early, because the answers are what make a search possible at all.

The easiest way to look fast is to fill a seat with whoever is available. It costs the client twice and the candidate more. We would rather take longer and count the ones who stay.
